TerraFirma raises $115M to deploy robotic construction fleets globally

x.com ↗
TerraFirma, founded by ex-SpaceX engineers Noah Schochet and Noah McGuinn, raised $115M including a $100M Series A led by Kleiner Perkins to scale its robotic construction technology. The Austin-based company is building a full tech stack aimed at delivering order-of-magnitude efficiency gains in construction, and by October 2026 plans to operate three of the world's largest robotic construction fleets across three continents. The company has grown 10x in the past 12 months and is already executing projects worldwide on critical infrastructure contracts. With construction representing one of the largest yet least automated industries globally, TerraFirma's raise signals serious VC conviction that robotics can fundamentally reshape how physical infrastructure gets built.
